This website will automatically refer a User’s details to qualified solicitors and legal professionals (“Referral Lawyers”) on the Sunshine Coast. These Sunshine Coast Referral Lawyers and legal professionals will contact you regarding the provision of legal services.

Terms and Conditions – Sending a Referral Request

A submission from this website is an invitation to tender for legal services.

The User is responsible for ensuring that all of the information required for the Referral Lawyers are able to conduct conflict checks and properly tender for the legal services.

Submitting a form from this website does not create a lawyer/client relationship and is not protected by legal privilege. Although sunshinecoastlawyers.com takes steps to keep the information confidential, sunshinecoastlawyers.com do not guarantee that the information will be kept confidential. A User must take steps not to disclose information from this website that might prejudice their legal position.

Upon submitting a form from this website to our Referral Lawyers, the User will be contacted by up to three (3) Lawyers. The User is free to choose to reply to any of the Lawyers or is free to choose another legal professional.
