Terms and Conditions – Sending a Referral Request
A submission from this website is an invitation to tender for legal services.
The User is responsible for ensuring that all of the information required for the Referral Lawyers are able to conduct conflict checks and properly tender for the legal services.
Submitting a form from this website does not create a lawyer/client relationship and is not protected by legal privilege. Although sunshinecoastlawyers.com takes steps to keep the information confidential, sunshinecoastlawyers.com do not guarantee that the information will be kept confidential. A User must take steps not to disclose information from this website that might prejudice their legal position.
